If you're experienced with Reiki and Energy Healing this one-off session can be impactful for navigating stress, emotional heaviness, transitions, chronic pain, anxiety, or recovery during and after illness.
We begin by settling into the space with a 15-minute consultation so I can attune to where you are. Together we will comfortably ground our energies in meditation before moving into your 45-minute or 60 minute healing. Closing will include time for journaling, reflection and integration.

We begin with a brief consultation and a 10-minute grounding meditation to help release surface tension and bring our energies into coherence. We then pause for journaling and reflection before moving to a second, intuitively guided meditation based on your energetic and spiritual needs. During this portion, I incorporate somatic awareness, breath work, and insight for greater alignment.
